Not much to say about this one. I scanned him down, jumped in, and that was the end of him. Too bad for me there was nothing in his cargo hold.
Lessons for the future:
Nothing of any real value. Just a kill of opportunity.
I'll never understand why people don't stab and tank their industrials for low-sec and lower security rated space...True, it wouldn't be much of a tank, but it would offer at least a chance of escape. Granted he was afk, so it wouldn't matter in this case...
